Four Course Dine in Dinner for Two at Homestead Kitchen

(seating is limited)

$150.00 per couple +tax

Doors open at 6:10 PM,

First Course will be served at 6:30PM

each reservation includes

a petite mini bouquet from Waseda Farm and a complimentary mocktail.

Shrimp Cocktail with Cocktail Sauce and Bacon-Horseradish Cream,

Honey Glazed Fresh Fruit, Artisan Cheeses and Biscuit Chips

Second Course

Buttermilk Biscuits

Mixed Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette. Citrus Brie, Apricot, Brioche Crouton

 

Third Course

8oz. Herb Marinated Ribeye Steak with Herb Demi-Glace, Roasted Garlic Potatoes,

Parmesan Asparagus

OR

Seared Salmon Filet with Lobster Cream Sauce, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Asparagus, Roasted Tomato-Fennel Salad

OR

Surf and Turf Option - 5 oz. Ribeye with Herb Demi-Glace, and 3 oz. Salmon with Lobster Cream Sauce and Roasted Tomato-Fennel Salad, Herb Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

Strawberry Trifle (Strawberries, Lemon Sponge Cake, Vanilla Pudding, Whipped Cream)
