10oz. Herb Marinated Ribeye with Roasted Red Pepper Demi-Glace, Au Gratin Potatoes, French Beans, Parsnips and Bell Pepper


Seared Salmon Filet with Lemon-Herb Cream Sauce, Citrus-Shrimp Salad, Risotto, French Beans, Parsnips and Bell Peppers


Surf and Turf - 5 oz Ribeye and 3 oz Salmon with accompanying sauces over Au Gratin Potatoes, French Beans, Parsnips and Bell Pepper


Fourth Course: Dessert

Dark Chocolate Mousse with Orange Curd and Whipped Cream &

Vanilla-Raspberry Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crust and Raspberry Sauce
